ABOUT THE COMPANY ON CLINIC

In 1989 the Israeli company ON CLINIC (www.onclinic.com) established its first medical offices focussed on treating sexual dysfunctions. Medical doctors began implementing a thoroughly developed, sophisticated method for the successful treatment of sexual dysfunctions here. The main medical consultant and one of the fathers of this method is Dr. Abraham Sidi, professor of urology at renowned universities not only in Israel, but also in the U.S. and France. He is a member of the prestigious association of urology.

Thanks to successes, general practice and experience ON CLINIC has also been able to offer help to patients in more than 80 branches in Europe, Asia, Australia and Mexico over the years. The company has gradually expanded its specialisation in treating sexual dysfunctions by helping patients suffering from psoriasis and ambulatory treatment of haemorrhoids.

ON CLINIC health facilities are a synonym for experienced medical doctors with high expertise, an individual approach to patients and modern medical equipment.

In the Czech Republic, at medical office in the centre of Prague, medical experts have been offering the treatment of male sexual dysfunctions, ambulatory treatment of haemorrhoids and fissures (anal cracks) since 1998 and the treatment of psoriasis since 2002, at the medical office in the centre of Brno all 3 specialisations since 2002.

Entry examination can generally be ordered within 7 days or less.

Treatment at ON CLINIC is not covered by any health insurance provider.

ADVICE/ The most frequent given questions to the employees of the telemarketing department

HAEMORRHOIDS and FISSURS (anal cracks)

  1. Is it painful?
  2. Everyone feels it in different way. It is not so much pain as more suitable would be to speak about pressure. Our doctors use anesthetic ointment at the checking and the treatment.

  3. Is it possible that I will have the haemorrhoids again?
  4. It is not possible to guarantee that the haemorrhoids will not appear again. But it depends very much on the patient. If the patient is ready to change the food habit and way of living. Its role plays also the inheritance.

  5. How do you do the treatment?
  6. We use either Barron´s rubber bands or infrared light (soft laser). Or combination of both methods. This states the doctor after the examination of the patient.

  7. Do you treat children younger than 15 years?
  8. No, we do not. In this case it is better to contact the hospitals.

  9. Is there a difference if I visit you having first symptoms or I will treat myself by the means I buy in the pharmacy and I will come to you just in case that these means will not help me?
  10. Yes, it is a difference. If you come to us at the beginning of your troubles, the doctor will remove the haemorrhoids within a few visits. Thus there is not delay and you do not influence your working or private life. In case that you will postpone a problem and you will cure yourself, situation can change. You can fail to observe the fissure which is much more easier to cure if it is “fresh” or you can bring the haemorrhoids to the IV stage when is possible just an operation. That means anesthesia, operation, to stay in the hospital and then recovery at home. It is a painful case for a few weeks.

MALE SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION

  1. Will you really help me?
  2. If we are not able to help a patient, he will not pay for the checking. We have got 13 year experience and we achieve 98 % success. Thus we are able to say with 98 % confidence: Yes, we will help.

  3. Will I meet with the other patients?
  4. No, you will not.

  5. What kind of the checking it is?
  6. It is checking by the medical equipment and is painless.

PSORIASIS

  1. Is it necessary to visit you or you will send the means on cash on delivery?
  2. It is important to visit us so that the dermatologist can assess if the cosmetic means Psoremiss will help you (they are suitable for about 95 % kinds of psoriasis.) After that it is possible to send the means also on cash on delivery.

  3. Do you send the means also on cash on delivery?
  4. Yes, if at least once you visit a dermatologist.

  5. Is it really effective?
  6. Yes. The patients are satisfied because they get rid of the centres of the psoriasis and the skin becomes soothe.

  7. Why are these means effective?
  8. Because these cosmetic means Psoremiss contain the herbs, salts and the Dead Sea minerals.

HAEMORRHOIDS AND FISSURES

One in two adult suffers from haemorrhoids or fissures.

More and more people suffer from haemorrhoids (haemorrhoid, in Czech hemoroidy or hemeroidy) and fissures (in Czech fissura) or painful cracks in the rectum. It is a very unpleasant illness, which complicates everyday life. The frequency of this illness has significantly increased in modern times as a result of, among others, a hurried lifestyle, stress, poor eating habits and sedentary work. The causes of haemorrhoids can be constipation, hard labour, prostate illness and genetics, and also certain sports such as cycling or weightlifting. With regards to women, it most frequently occurs as a complication accompanying pregnancy and giving birth. The certain delicateness of the troubled area and unnecessary self-consciousness are the reasons for consistently delaying one’s visit to a doctor. However, one must realise that treatment implemented in time is less complicated and can be solved using more sparing ambulatory methods. With timely treatment we avoid painful surgical interventions with hospitalisation and a long, painful recovery.

What are haemorrhoids and fissures?

The intricate system of veins found under the mucous membrane of the rectum and the skin of the anal opening can under certain circumstances expand and create nodules – haemorrhoids. Basically, it is the equivalent to varicose veins. The actual existence of haemorrhoids is not yet considered an illness. In their idle state, haemorrhoids are elastic, soft and cause no pain. We differentiate haemorrhoids according to external and internal.

External haemorrhoids create a hemispherical bulge around the anal opening. External haemorrhoids, primarily in the case of anal protuberances (skin nodules, which remain after ongoing thrombosis of external haemorrhoids) are accompanied by irritated skin, itching, dampness and are uncomfortable, as cleaning after a stool is difficult.

Internal haemorrhoids occur inside the rectum. At first they are milder, with an uncomfortable feeling of pressure similar to constipation. The most common symptom of the illness in further advanced stages is bleeding bright red blood after a stool, on toilet paper, on the surface of the stool or blood dripping into the toilet. In more advanced stages of haemorrhoids, they may become prolapsed through the rectum, which is often connected to a greater expulsion of phlegm, which can be coloured by blood or stools.

Fissures or anal cracks are very painful, especially after defecation. Along with pain, they also cause pain and persistent burning. Fissures can be treated ambulatory, however in cases when they have been neglected and have become chronic, it is necessary to undergo a surgical solution of the problem.

Blood after a stool needs to be perceived with the greatest degree of seriousness as bleeding can be the sign a tumour. Consistently hesitating and delaying your visit to the doctor is dangerous. A thorough examination followed by treatment should become a priority for everyone. Internal haemorrhoids are often underestimated. Self-treatment using commonly available pharmaceutics only provides temporary relief and can only prolong the solution of more serious health problems. Internal haemorrhoids grow continually and will not disappear on their own without the intervention of a doctor.

Pain in the rectum is not a common sign, it points to an acute complication. It can occur provided the internal haemorrhoids are thrombosed (blood vessels clogged by a blood clot), strangled or due to an anal rupture.

Dark or clotted blood, or blood mixed into the stool, can also be of haemorrhoid origin, but it is not typical and the origin of bleeding in these cases is often in upper parts of the intestines.

When to visit the doctor? The first signs of complications from haemorrhoids are often the presence of bright red blood on the stool, itching, gastrostaxis and pressure in the rectum. In more advanced stages, when the haemorrhoid has not been removed in time, the mucous membrane of the rectum becomes prolapsed with the haemorrhoid on the outside. Permanently prolapsed mucous membrane can no longer be resolved ambulatory but needs to be done surgically with hospitalisation.

Prolonging your visit to the doctor can lead to absurd and alarming patient cases, who under the impression that they “simply” suffer from haemorrhoids, treated a serious and often already untreatable illness with common available pharmaceutics.

IN TIME MEANS NO SURGERY!

Treatment

The majority of patients think it is necessary to undergo a number of medical examinations and that surgery is inevitable. However, by addressing the problem timely it is possible to eliminate haemorrhoids after several short medical procedures and just ambulatory without the need for hospitalisation and long-term absence from work.

Medical experts at ProctoClinic treat – remove haemorrhoids in a non-invasive way, using methods that are not accompanied by pain. The doctor determines the most suitable method of treatment – form of operation at the entry examination. The doctor can select the Barron ligation method – tying off the haemorrhoid using a special rubber band or by using infrared light (soft laser). The principle of both methods lies in interrupting the blood supply to the haemorrhoid, which withers and is sloughed off during a bowel movement within several days. Cases of patients, whose haemorrhoids fall off the next day, are also quite common.

COURSE OF TREATMENT AND YOUR HEALTH IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING INTERVENTION

Entry examination

It is not necessary for a patient to prepare himself or herself in any special way prior to entry examination. No diet is required nor any preparations for thorough emptying. Doctors apply mesocaine gel for local anaesthetics during the entry examination.

Removing the haemorrhoid

Interventions are not accompanied by pain because they are performed in an area with minimum presence of nerve tissue. The patient can feel greater pressure in the rectal area, the urge for a bowel movement or a minor stomachache after intervention. This situation may last several hours in some instances but once a painkiller has been taken, it diminishes. A small release of blood during the course of a few days after the operation is nothing serious, it is simply the result of the haemorrhoid tearing off and does not demand any special medical intervention.

After the intervention and during treatment we recommend:

  • To drink 2-3 litres of fluids per day.
  • Adding fibre to a common rational and fat-free diet. Eat at least 200-300g of fruit or cooked vegetables per day.
  • Restrict spicy and sour food.
  • Shower the rectal area at least 2x daily for 3-5 minutes using 28° – 30° C water.

We do not recommend 5 –7 days after the operation:

  • Consuming alcoholic beverages and spirits.
  • Playing sports during which leads to an increase in intro abdominal pressure: weightlifting, intensive exercise on fitness machines at the gym.
  • Riding a bicycle, motorcycle or horseback riding.

TREATMENT OF MALE SEXUAL DYSFUNCTIONS

A balanced sexual life is an important part of partner relationships. Unfortunately, during present times this aspect of life is either directly or indirectly affected by numerous negative factors, sometimes even independent of individuals.
Insufficient sexual performance – erectile dysfunction, just as premature ejaculation are highly stress inducing for a majority of males, who are affected by this problem.

Erectile dysfunction

Is the inability for a man to attain, or sustain an erection for a sufficient period of time for satisfactory sexual intercourse.
In order to attain an erection it is necessary for several factors to interplay and any sort of disruption leads to dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction is extremely traumatising for men and can not only negatively affect their sexual life, but also their psyche, confidence and behaviour. Whereas, in fact it is not anything a man should feel ashamed of. It does not mean he is infertile or that he cannot achieve an orgasm and ejaculation. Today, for the majority of men suffering from erectile dysfunction, the dysfunction is treatable and thus temporary.

Unfortunately however men most often visit the doctor’s when it is already too late. They should solve their problem, provided they fail in more than a quarter of their cases.
Sexual dysfunctions often signalise some form of health problem, e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and depression and post-trauma conditions as well. Difficulties can occur after surgery, e.g. a more serious operation of the pelvis.

Premature ejaculation

It is not just a problem of adolescents and an otherwise good relation can be ruined by this problem. Premature ejaculation does not improve with age!
The causes can be psychogenic or organic in character, it can be a birth defect or acquired in relation to a partner or even with erectile dysfunction.

What are the possible dangers of the “treatment” of sexual dysfunctions using commonly available food supplements?
The first and quickest solution is to visit the chemist’s and purchase products men know from advertisements.
Medical studies show that in approximately one third of cases, the placebo effect can bring temporary improvement, which is however not brought on by the composition of the drug but simply by the belief in its effectiveness.
Thus, the danger in consuming supplements lies primarily in the fact that men delay visiting the doctor.
The later treatment is commenced, the more demanding and complicated it is.

TREATMENT

Entry examination

Doctors at ON CLINIC use the most modern diagnostic equipment, with which they are able to evaluate the health of the patient and the extent of the dysfunction. The examination includes an interview with the doctor. During the entry examination the doctor can discover a health problem, which the patient himself is not yet aware of, but which is the cause of his sexual dysfunction.
The examination is neither a physically or mentally stressful matter for the patient. After his first visit, the patient already leaves ON CLINIC confident of existing help for his problem and that he will be cured and once again regain healthy self-confidence.

Once the diagnosis has been made the doctor can start a treatment.
The doctor always approaches each patient individually. The treatment is established entirely individually with consideration to the cause of the dysfunction and the health of the patient. Reliable and proven methods of treatment can help men of any age from 18 to 81 years old. Even in cases when they are being treated for e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease or if they suffer from depression, difficulties from post-trauma conditions or difficulties following a more serious pelvic operation.

Even though the medical care at ON CLINIC is not covered by health insurance, in comparison to the prices of commonly available nutritional supplements, which generally do not cure the problem, the expenses for entry examination and the treatment are affordable.
Pharmaceutics for the treatment of sexual dysfunctions are not covered by any health insurance.

No man should accept sexual dysfunction, but he should remember that only professional examination performed by a medical expert can reveal the true causes of the problem and only a doctor can decide what treatment is most suitable.

It is only up to you, whether or not you and your partner will feel happier!

PSORIASIS (in Czech language lupénka)

One in two adult suffers from haemorrhoids or fissures.

The cause of psoriasis is not yet precisely known. It is most probably a genetically related autoimmune disease of the skin with a chronic course. The disease often manifests itself following a bacterial or viral illness, especially after streptococcal angina, also after a stressful situation or together with hormonal disorders. The foci of psoriasis with characteristically scaly patches or plaques and inflammation, can occur anywhere on the skin during the course of life. Treatment can have an affect on the symptoms of psoriasis, but the disposition to the disease is definitely incurable. What often happens during the course of therapy is that standard and implemented medication loses its effectiveness. Then it is necessary to establish a different method of treatment, or various combinations of medication.

Treatment using PSOREMISS

Various possibilities of treatment exist, however the use of some relies on hospitalisation or day hospitals. Some external medications, primarily hormonal, lose their effectiveness with long-term use. Medications used in the treatment of psoriasis always need to be rotated.

The dermatologists at ON CLINIC have been using the natural cosmetic preparation PSOREMISS, which was developed in laboratories in Israel, with success in the treatment of psoriasis. The unique combination of herbs, salts and Dead Sea minerals has the unique quality to soothe skin and completely heal it for long periods of time. The high effectiveness of PSOREMISS can lengthen the intervals between symptoms of this practically incurable disease, to years.
Preparations do not contain corticosteroids.

Patients can only receive PSOREMISS cosmetic preparations on the basis of an entry examination at ON CLINIC, where they can also continue purchasing them or have them posted according to need in the form of cash on delivery.

The advantage of PSOREMISS cosmetic preparation is its easy application. At the entry examination, the dermatologist at ON CLINIC will establish the method and length of the treatment programme.
